Global Leadership Academy

Program Objective

The Global Leadership Academy is a holistic development program designed to enhance leaders’ self-awareness, cultural agility, and transformational leadership capabilities to operate effectively on a global scale. Participants strengthen their ability to create vision, build relationships, adapt, and innovate in dynamic and multicultural environments. The program aims to transform and innovate in dynamic and multicultural environments. The program aims to transform managers into strategic leaders who draw on their local experience to create global impact.

Program Details

Start Date:

January 23, 2026

First Cohort:

Planned to launch with 20 participants

Certification Program:

Participants will receive an official certificate upon completion

In-Person Program: The core structure is based on face-to-face sessions. The program, consisting of a total of 7 modules, two days per module, will require 14 days of in-person participation and is mostly scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays; however, depending on the instructors’ availability, some sessions will be planned for Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Learning Format:

  • On-Site Sessions: Selected in-person workshops (Fridays and Saturdays)
  • Online Sessions: At least two webinars between each module featuring senior executives and academics who have successfully taken on global leadership roles — totaling more than 14 webinars.
  • Mentorship: Meetings with mentors between modules focusing on personal leadership development.

Mentorship System:

  • Each participant will be assigned a mentor to work on their personal development.
  • Mentors will include both Turkish professionals and international executives.
  • Participants will have the right to choose between a Turkish or international mentor.
